Autodesk expands Marin HQ as well as S.F. office

Marin County boosters take heart: Autodesk’s major expansion in San Francisco does not mean that it is abandoning its San Rafael headquarters.

In fact, Autodesk, which recently announced it had expanded at One Market St. in San Francisco by 108,000 square feet, seems to be growing in Marin as well.
The company recently renewed and expanded at 3900 Civic Center Plaza in San Rafael.
In signing the 46,766-square-foot lease, Autodesk reclaimed 15,000 square feet it had previously put on the sublease market. The building, owned by Broadreach Capital Partners, is a block from Northgate Mall and next door to the County of Marin offices.

Autodesk’s headquarters are at 111 McInnis Parkway in San Rafael.
